Theresa began her career in senior living in 2004 in activities and programs and quickly realized she was on the right path. Having been a caregiver in her personal life, she has been able to bring an especially empathetic perspective to her work. She has held a number of leadership roles in communities including Activities Director, Resident Services Manager, and Director of Sales, for such companies as Vi and Sunrise Senior Living and was also an expert advisor with A Place for Mom. Theresa focused her passion for advocacy by being a board member and committee chair for several years with Better Living for Seniors Hillsborough County. She now brings all of that passion and those skills together in her work with AgeWell Solvere Living. Education: Full Sail University, Associate of Science in Recording Arts
